What was the highlight of Via Hotel Taipei Station

A wonderful Taipei trip!

The room space just nice for 4 adults and 1 child. Bathroom design is modern and water pressure is excellent. We enjoyed the free snacks, beverages and ice cream. Location is very nice, just a walking distance to Ximending and Taipei Main station. Luckily have washing machine and dryer, really don't have to bring a lot of clothes.

Only 1 lift, maximum can fit 5 persons, without luggage. The emergency exit is narrow.

Comfy and convenient hotel in the prime location

Everything was so new, clean, and functional. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The hotel offered nice free snacks and coffee at the common area 24 hours. There were massage chairs, washing machine and dryer that we could use for free. The hotel is in a good location and got everything we needed.

Wonderful

Staff very friendly and it's location is superb. Next to family mart and not far from Taipei main station or NTU mrt station. I love the free snack and drink just behind the lobby

What was the highlight of Via Hotel Taipei Station

Nice place with comfortable rooms and a load of free snacks.

Room without window was fine as we only needed a place to sleep and refresh. It was a decent size, and comfortable. The free snacks 24/7 was great and free tea/coffee/water too. Free use of laundry and dryer plus free detergent was a surprise and we made use of it for one load. Location was not too far walk from Airport MRT and Taipei central station or to walk to nearby shopping districts.

The AC in the room could use a guide in English to allow changes to settings. We had to experiment with the settings. The fan controls in the shower area as well could use a guide. Shower fairly clean but could use a bit more bleaching to avoid small mould in the corners.

Would recommend and stay again

Great central location, 10 min walking distance from taipei main station and NTU hospital metro station (red line). We had quite a spacious room with a window. We appreciated the free snacks and drinks and the free laundry room.

Bed not so comfortable and small (180 length). Light switches in the roon are weird, very hard to tell which switch is for which light.

Great location, nice and comfortable hotel.

The location between the train and the ximending night market. It’s also clean and have a nice comfortable dining area that also provided snacks.

The dryer spoilt on our last night, the signage put up could be of a different colour from the machine. White on white, it was difficult to be noticed.

It was a wonderful and homey stay. We loved every inch of it. Thank you to the ever helpful staff.

The location was splendid - Near Ximending and Taipei Main Station. The room and the bed was very comfortable. The toilet had a bidet. And the best thing is the free flowing snacks. My daughter enjoyed the soft served ice cream, while we enjoyed the fresh brewed coffee and yogurt.

Just the noise from the corridor which was bearable.

A very nice, not too pricey, hotel near amenities

The NICEST staff (especially the gentleman on the desk at the weekend). Large rooms with Japanese style loos (heated FTW). No breakfast but they are lots of places around. Good position near everything you’ll need and a short walk to the MRT. Free water, coffee, soft drinks and snacks :) plus: best shower I’ve had in ages! plus: back massager in the room

Nice friendly and helpful hotel in a great location.

I liked the helpful staff, the location and all the little extras provided. we took advantage of the free laundry machines and enjoyed the dining area w free chilled bottles of water, snacks and coke machine. very pleasant stay.

Our room was very nice however it did smell musty or a bit moldy. I think switching the carpet for tile and the drapes for fresh blinds would help with that a lot.

Nice hotel with great value

Perfect 2-night stay in Taipei. The hotel is modern, clean and conveniently located, with heaps of restaurants around it. Easy 11-min walk from Taipei Main Station or 7-min walk from NTU Hospital Metro Station. There's also a convenient store downstairs. We loved how spacious the room was. All amenities were provided (even a massage pillow in the room!), and they offer free flow of non-alcoholic beverage, coffee, and some crackers in the shared dining area on ground floor. Wifi was steady and I had no issue working with my laptop during the day. Will be back.

Great hotel! Close to transport, convenient and excellent value

Convenient location close to Taipei Main Station, so it's easy to get to from the airport via a direct train. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Friendly staff who allowed early check-in and took my luggage upstairs. Free snacks and water bottles behind the lobby, which is an excellent touch. You can grab earplugs and other sanitary products from the reception which is very nice

Noisy. There was construction happening, so I heard noise pretty early on in the morning. In the middle of the night, I believe some guests were trying to enter my room by pushing the door. Otherwise, an excellent location and hotel.

The staffs at Via hotel are exceptionally helpful and resourceful. I left my jacket in Taitung hotel and they went the extra mile to liaise with the Taitung hotel to have my jacket delivered to me before my flight to Singapore. The staffs demonstrated great empathy for customers and did not mind the trouble of coordinating with the Taitung hotel staffs. Truly and exemplary of what great service mean. Thank you so much for your help and service, you indeed shine brightly as a team and keep up the excellent work. You made our stay in Via hotel simply memorable Highly recommend this hotel!
